MUNCIE, Ind. — There are a lot of new faces on the Ball State men's basketball team this season.
The Cardinals saw five players, including four of their top four scorers from last season, either graduate or transfer. During the offseason, Ball State welcomed in three transfers and three (soon to be four) freshmen to bring its roster size to 15 this season with Reggie Jones returning this year. Four of Ball State's additions have four years of eligibility, one has three years and another has two.
In addition, head coach James Whitford welcomed in two new coaches in Linc Darner and Khristian Smith, along with a new director of basketball operations and two new graduate assistants.
