MUNCIE, Ind. — Ball State guard Jeremie Tyler has been dismissed from the team prior to Saturday's game against Akron for a violation of team rules.
The senior had been suspended three times before Saturday, including once this season. Ball State coach James Whitford will address the situation after the game against Akron.
Tyler appeared in 79 games over his career, averaging 8.9 points. He was averaging 7.1 points this season.
