Ball State football wide receiver and kick return specialist Justin Hall will not play for the Cardinals against the Georgia State Panthers in the 2021 Camellia Bowl at Montgomery's Cramton Bowl.
Hall, a finalist for the Paul Hornung Award who has seven All-MAC honors to his name, was in street clothes when the Cardinals took the field. The fifth-year senior missed the second half of Ball State's regular-season finale against Buffalo for undisclosed reasons.
Hall broke the Ball State record for career all-purpose yards (5,359) and career receiving yards (3,385).
