MUNCIE, Ind. — With Wednesday rolling around meant the start of another signing period for football prospects who are finalizing where they want to play collegiately.
Ball State football had come out of the early signing period this past December with 18 signees. BSU coach Mike Neu and company showed no signs of slowing down, although it was unclear what positions might be a focus for the Cardinals moving forward. Last year, when this particular signing period occurred, Neu’s program added athletes that played key roles on the field in their first year with the team.
