MUNCIE, Ind. - The Ball State Cardinal Varsity Club held its annual golf classic, presented by the Ball State Federal Credit Union, Thursday at The Players Club Golf Course in Yorktown. Nearly 190 golfers played in the event, which raised $53,653.
The golf outing format was split into two flights. The Players Club team won the morning flight, followed by Anthem Inc. and CS Kern. Best Way Disposal won the afternoon session while Asons and Mursix finished second and third, respectively.
The event also included lunch with guest speakers including men's basketball player junior guard Sean Sellers of the men’s basketball team and junior forward Moriah Monaco of the women’s basketball team.
