Ball State basketball at Purdue: Cardinals hanging tough with Boilermakers

LAFAYETTE, Ind. — Ball State is hanging tough at plays at No. 24 Purdue on Saturday night, trying to knock off its second ranked in-state opponent in as many years.

It's a big game for Tayler Persons, who nearly committed to Purdue three years ago but wound up at Ball State after Caleb Swanigan decommitted from Michigan State.
