ATLANTA, Ga. – Ball State University Athletics has agreed to a multi-year partnership with The Aspire Sport Marketing Group for outsourced ticket sales and service.
The on-campus Fan Relationship Management Center (FRMC) will be responsible for the ticket servicing for all Cardinals' ticketed sports, the identification and engagement of new fans as well as enhancing philanthropic support for the Cardinal Varsity Club.
"This partnership with Aspire puts our department in an improved position to enhance customer service, cultivate more fans and, as a result, support our student-athletes. We are thrilled to work the Aspire team to help us fly forward," said Director of Athletics, Beth Goetz.
