MUNCIE, Ind. — Success often begets recognition, and one needs to look no further than Ball State football coach Mike Neu as his program looks to build off of a historic 2020 season.
BSU athletic director Beth Goetz told The Star Press on Thursday that after the accomplishments Neu's Cardinals attained this past season, an extension to Neu's contract is in the works. Currently, after an extension that was finalized in 2020 after the 2019 season, Neu's contract runs through the 2022 season and ends on Feb. 28, 2023.
"We are working with Mike," Goetz said, "and our in conversations with Mike, to make some adjustments to his contract.
