Another week, another MAC Specialist of the Week honor for Claudia Goyco. The junior, who excels on floor exercise for Ball State gymnastics, had a career-best score last week and helped the Cardinals to a school record.
Goyco recorded a 9.925 floor score in a road meet last Sunday, reaching a personal best. She has scored 9.9000 or better four times and a 9.800 or better on floor in every meet this season.
Her floor performance helped the Cardinals to reach a 195.800 score, the best for a single meet in school history.
