OXFORD, Ohio – Many Cardinals added their names to the record books, but it was Ben Andrew who set a new school record on day three of the Mid-American Conference swimming and diving championships.
Ball State maintained its fourth-place standing with 220.5 points while Miami continues to lead with 623.5.
In the preliminaries of the 100 Fly, Andrew notched the fourth-best time in school history with a 49.30 which placed him in the championship final later in the night. In that event, Andrew finished seventh overall but clocked in at 48.91 which is the fastest time in the history of Ball State swimming.
