MUNCIE, Ind. — With the approval of an indoor football practice facility on Friday, Ball State University is pushing its poker chips into the middle of the table. It is all-in on football, in case that wasn’t clear.
Even though this isn’t coming out of the university’s pocket (the $15 million will come from donations), you don’t build an 84,000-square foot indoor facility to stink at football.
