Ryan Weber doesn't lose. His freshman season at Youngstown State the Penguins advanced to the second round of the CollegeInsider.com Postseason Tournament. His sophomore season Weber scored 12ppg en route to a 15-win year. Then he transfered.
Weber took a gamble on a five-win Ball State basketball team and, in fairness, the Cardinals took a gamble on him; a dynamic scorer without a history of playing defense.
Two years later that gamble has paid off for both sides. After sitting out last season, Weber leads the Cardinals in scoring and plays hard on the other end, moreso than ever before in his career.
