Well everybody's Elf on a Shelf would be a little bit buffer if they worked out like the Ball State baseball team.
On Monday the Cardinals arrived for their 5am leg workout decked out in the ugliest christmas sweaters they could find. There was facepaint and maybe some red noses and reindeer antlers as well. The theme put a twist on their weightroom session, helping break up the monotony and fire up the Cards for their final max-out day of the semester.
Ball State All-Access waa there to capture all the action, that saw almost 20 players set new personal bests in the squat rack.
