MUNCIE, Ind. — Nahshon Prater doesn’t have an official tally, but he knows it was more than 20. That’s no exaggeration. His guardian, Jeanine Lee, can think of at least 15 instances. Prater’s moving routine became so commonplace that they all blended together.
