MUNCIE, Ind. — Ball State's offensive line came into last season as one of the deepest and most experienced groups on the field.
While there were questions elsewhere, the offensive line looked solid. After all, it entered fall camp with the exact same unit from the 2020 Mid-American Championship squad.
Then came the injuries. Joseph Boggs was held out in camp and eventually had shoulder surgery, keeping him sidelined for the year. Jaylen Turner, who started the season, also missed most of 2021. Throughout the year, Curtis Blackwell, Kaleb Slaven and Anthony Todd each missed time.
