MUNCIE, Ind. — Haven Fields’ journey in college athletics began as a football player at Auburn, and from the time his professional playing career ended, Fields has worked in the industry.
Fields, who played two seasons in the Canadian Football League for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats and British Columbia Lions, started in the Southeastern Conference at Auburn. But he’s since worked in the Sun Belt Conference at South Alabama and in the Big Ten Conference at Illinois, where he was before he joined Ball State, in the Mid-American Conference, in July.
