MUNCIE, Ind. — After playing 22 of its first 24 games on the road, the Ball State baseball team is back in Muncie for the next four games and seven of the next 11, starting with a three-game series this weekend with Central Michigan and continuing Tuesday against Indiana.
While it certainly doesn’t feel like baseball season outside yet, Ball State is in midseason form. After taking two of three at preseason Mid-American Conference favorite Kent State last weekend, Ball State (13-11) enters the weekend having won five of six.
