Supercars star Scott McLaughlin made it back-to-back pole positions at the Ipswich SuperSprint on Sunday and will look to redeem falling off the podium a day earlier.
McLaughlin clinched his 13th qualifying victory after stopping the clock in one minute 8.5133 seconds at the Queensland Raceway ahead of Chaz Mostert and Jamie Whincup.
The DJR Team Penske gun who leads the drivers' standings ahead of his teammate Fabian Coulthard by 334 points, was also quickest on Saturday but dropped to fourth as Whincup snapped a 24-race win drought on Saturday.
