Holden's Anton de Pasquale has stolen the focus from the Ford Mustang Supercars return at practice for the season-opening round in Adelaide.
In just his second full-time season of racing, de Pasquale survived a tough Thursday twilight session that featured three red flags to finish ahead of Ford duo Lee Holdsworth and Fabian Coulthard.
All eyes were on the return of Mustangs which replaced Falcons for Ford teams this year - their first time since 1990 on the grid - but someone forgot to tell de Pasquale.
