The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America has announced Auburn’s women’s swimming and diving team has earned the distinction of Scholar All-America for the Fall 2017 semester.
To earn the honor, teams were required to post a GPA of 3.0 or higher for the fall semester. Auburn’s women posted a collective 3.28 GPA during the fall.
This is the 11th consecutive semester Auburn’s women were recognized for their work in the classroom.
Auburn will have one final tune-up before the SEC Championships when it plays host to the Auburn Invitational, Feb. 2-4. Other teams expected to compete are Alabama, Florida and Florida State.
