Have you ever wondered why people say “Heads up” when you should duck? Some things in life just makes no sense. And that’s how this writer felt when the Football Writers Association of America released their list of the top All-Americans for the past 75 years. The problem? Bo Jackson was named to the association’s All-American third team.
While to be recognized is certainly an honor, one can only surmise that the writers have a misguided understanding of what is important.

It makes no sense not to list Bo Jackson as a first team All-American … on anyone’s list.
