Former Auburn football star Nick Marshall made a game-winning play for the Saskatchewan Roughriders on July 6 against the Edmonton Elks with an interception of Taylor Cornelius in the final minute of a 12-11 victory for the Tigers quarterback-turned-pro defensive back’s CFL squad.

As Marshall pointed out, the Roughriders had practiced defending the two-minute hurry-up offense all week during practice.
