AUBURN, Ala. – Auburn’s Andie Dikosavljevic dropped a tough match in the opening round of the USTA/ITA Indoor Intercollegiate Championships Thursday morning, falling 6-0, 6-4 to No. 6 Stephanie Wagner from Miami.
“Today Andie learned that she could compete with the best players in the nation if she plays her game,” said assistant women’s tennis coach Chris Hooshyar. “Andie played one of the top players in the nation who also has a ton of experience. I think it was a great match for her because she learned that if she plays her game, then she can compete with anybody in the nation.
