AUBURN, Ala. -- The Auburn women's golf team, ranked 26th in the latest Golfweek release, is set for its third tournament of the fall season as the Tigers travel to Charleston, S.C., for the Cougar Classic.
The tournament runs Sunday-Tuesday at Yeamans Hall Club, which will be set up at par 72, 6,224 yards. This is Auburn's fifth appearance at the Cougar Classic; their best finish at this event came in 2005 when Auburn finished fourth.
The Tigers will use the same lineup as for the first two events, sending out freshman Elena Hualde, junior Michaela Owen, sophomore Mai Dechathipat, junior Kelli Murphy and freshman Kayley Marschke.
