AUBURN, Ala. – The Auburn women’s basketball team took to the court for the first time as a team in 2015-16 with their first official practice of the season Monday afternoon at Auburn Arena.
The Tigers, entering their fourth season under head coach Terri Williams-Flournoy, worked out for a little over three hours on the main arena floor. Auburn, as with other NCAA teams, is permitted to conduct 30 practices in the 40 days leading up to the season-opener versus UAB on Nov. 13, which is 39 days away.
“We’re really excited about the start of practice,” Williams-Flournoy said.
