AUBURN, Ala. u2015 Tra'Cee Tanner said she doesn't remember exactly what was said when Auburn showed up on the bracket during the NCAA women's basketball selection show Monday night.
"I just know we were all screaming. I think the only words we were saying is, 'it's time to dance.' That's all I remember."
Remember this: Auburn is in the NCAA Tournament, packing for a trip to Waco, Texas, and preparing to play St. John's at 6:30 p.m. Friday on ESPN2. There was hope, but no guarantees, Auburn would be invited to the tournament, not even when the Tigers showed up at coach Terri Williams-Flournoy's house to watch the selection show.
