AUBURN, Ala. – Daisa Alexander, a guard from Decatur, Ga., has signed a National Letter of Intent to play basketball at Auburn, head coach Terri Williams-Flournoy announced Wednesday.
Alexander, a 5-8 guard from Southwest DeKalb High School, helped her team to the Georgia class AAAAA state title in 2016 and was named to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution all-state first team. She is the No. 25-ranked player at her position according to ESPN HoopGurlz and is rated as a three-star recruit.
“When you think about the way we play and our style of play, Daisa is a perfect prototype for that,” Williams-Flournoy said.
