AUBURN, Ala. – Auburn women's basketball hits the road for the first time in 2015-16 Monday night as they travel to Hammond, La., to take on Southeastern Louisiana. Tip is set for 7 p.m. at the University Center.
The Tigers (1-0) are coming off a strong season-opening victory over UAB Friday night when a second-half surge led Auburn to an 85-71 win at home. A 24-point night from junior Brandy Montgomery, a double-double from senior Tra'Cee Tanner and a 20-point, seven-assist effort from freshman Janiah McKay helped the Tigers pull away late to win their 25th consecutive home season opener.
