"We're certainly proud of our men's and women's cross country teams for posting a perfect APR score four years in a row," said Director of Athletics Jay Jacobs. "This is an impressive accomplishment that demonstrates a real commitment to excellence in the classroom."
The APR measures eligibility, graduation and retention each semester or quarter and provides a clear picture of the academic performance for each team in each sport.
The most recent APRs are multi-year rates based on scores from the 2010-11, 2011-2012, 2012-13 and 2013-14 academic years.
"These two Auburn teams have an academic performance over the last four years that exceeds the academic performance of 90 percent of the teams they compete against athletically," said Jacobs.
