Auburn, Ala. - The Auburn track and field team will open the 2016 outdoor season this weekend at the Yellow Jacket Invitational at the George C. Griffin Track on the Georgia Tech campus. Over 40 Tiger men and women will compete in the two-day meet.
“We’re excited about starting our outdoor season this weekend,” Auburn head coach Ralph Spry said. “There should be a lot of good teams and good competition at the Yellow Jacket Invitational. We have a lot of young athletes in action and it will be good to see how they compete after making solid progress during the indoor season.
