3* WR Elijah Canion made some folks a little nervous this past week when upon leaving his official visit to the Plains he said “we’ll see” in regards to whether or not he would end up with the Tigers. Dan Mullen and the Gators tried to make a strong late push for the flip with some in home visits but in the end it wasn’t enough to convince the Chaminade standout to change his decision. Now he’s officially an Auburn Tiger.
Canion was apart of the flurry of commits Auburn landed over the summer. It was a heated battle between the Tigers and Gators with both program hosting the talented wideout on official visits during the spring.
