After a couple of viewings, here are three quick thoughts on Auburn’s A-Day.
1. The Bad Execution Continues
I’m sure a lot of Auburn fans are freaking out right now about how, well, mediocre the three quarterbacks fighting for the starting position looked on Saturday. If you have to give an edge to one of them, it would be Sean White. A red-zone fumble won’t help his case though.
If he wants the job, it is time for Franklin to step up over the summer and learn the offense dead cold, or Auburn could very well be looking at another trip to a mediocre bowl game and head coach Gus Malzahn will be putting his house up for sale.
