Playing the No. 23 South Alabama Jaguars (30-11) in Plainsman Park Tuesday evening isn’t going to be a breather or a break for Auburn, who fell to 18-22 overall and 5-13 in the SEC after being swept by No. 14 Ole Miss over the weekend.
South Alabama defeated Alabama 8-2 and took two-of-three from Southern in its last four games. The Jaguars also hold a Feb. 26 victory over Georgia.
