The pitching staff was incredible as they didn’t allow more than 3 runs in any game, and in the four games they won they gave up a combined 2 runs.
After their first loss of the season Saturday morning, they bounced back to put up 18 runs on each of their next opponents.
They opened up the weekend with a 6-1 win over Oklahoma State. Whitney Jordan and Madi Gipson each had 2 hits and a couple of RBIs.
Then they shutout USF 6-0 in game two as Makayla Martin tossed seven scoreless innings. Kasey Cooper and Jade Rhodes each had a pair of RBIs.
