AUBURN, Ala. – Auburn likely will be without its lightning, but thunder tends to make the most noise.
The Tigers want to establish an inside running game. Everything extends off that, and no one runs better downhill for Auburn than the bulldozer who’s hard to tackle – Kamryn Pettway.
As important as Kerryon Johnson is, Pettway sets the tone on offense. His return from a one-game suspension for violating team rules will mean more to Auburn on Saturday at Clemson than Johnson likely missing the game after injuring his hamstring in the opener against Georgia Southern.
Johnson ran for 136 yards and a touchdown in last week’s 41-7 win – but so did Kam Martin.
