The graphic above, created after the latest episode of The Wishbone Podcast, was created to illustrate that the life of an Auburn fan is never one of consistent, boring excellence or extended periods of awfulness. The problem is that life as an Auburn fan is a constant roller coaster. And while this year seemed to be the season to break the “when we are expected to be great we stink” hex (as Van has discussed in detail) that appears not to be the case, and this season will only reinforce the theory the next time Auburn is ranked highly in the preseason.
