Tetzloff named SEC Swimmer of the Week

Following a three-event win last weekend at Florida, Aly Tetzloff has been named the SEC Women’s Swimmer of the Week by both the conference office and CollegeSwimming.com.

Tetzloff, a junior from Crown Point, Ind., won the 100 back (53.14), the 100 free (48.72) and the 200 IM (1:59.12) in No. 12 Auburn’s dual meet win at No. 16 Florida. Her 100 back time matched her career best, done twice already this year.

Tetzloff was also a part of Auburn’s winning 200 medley relay with a 24.82 leadoff split, best in the field.

With the dual meet season over, Tetzloff leads Auburn in individual wins with 12 and is tied for the team high with five NCAA B cuts.
