AUBURN, Ala. - The Auburn swimming and diving teams will begin the 2015-16 dual meet season this Friday, Oct. 9, when it travels across the state to face Alabama. The meet is set to start at 2 p.m. CT from the Alabama Aquatic Center.
“We are really looking forward to getting back to some solid short-course racing,” head coach Brett Hawke said. “The team is really excited to test where they are training-wise. To get a taste of competition starting with Alabama is exciting.”
Auburn’s men’s team is coming off of a third-place finish at last year’s SEC Championships and a ninth-place finish at last year’s NCAA meet while the women placed sixth at the conference meet and 18th at the national meet.
