While many Auburn football fans want to take Mario Cristobal out of Oregon and see him be the head coach of the Tigers, there doesn’t appear to be much smoke to that fire…yet.
Since the dismissal of Gus Malzahn as head coach of the Auburn football program, there have been names flying all out of the woodwork for the newly vacated seat. Lane Kiffin was a possibility I went into yesterday, and fans seemed to take well to the idea of the former Alabama offensive coordinator and current Ole Miss head coach bolting a new school early once again to be the lead voice in the Plains.
