Report: Auburn linebacker Cameron Toney leaving program as grad transfer

Auburn linebacker Cameron Toney is set to leave the program as a graduate transfer once he completes his degree this spring. Toney, a redshirt junior, plans to transfer to another school to complete his college football career in 2017, as reported by Scott Theisen of Huntsville, Ala.-based WAFF:

Auburns @CToney47 set to graduate in May and transfer to play his final season of college football, congrats on getting the degree big guy.

Toney played sparingly with Auburn, redshirting in 2013, finishing his Tigers career with seven total tackles.
