Auburn quarterback Sean White led the SEC in completion percentage and finished fourth in passing efficiency last season. And it’s for reasons like that why Ken Mastrole thinks he’s a “great passer.”
Mastrole, a personal quarterbacks coach who heads the Mastrole Quarterback Academy in Boca Raton, Florida, has worked with White since he was in the eighth grade, including time this summer.
“He’s not a thrower, he’s a passer,” Mastrole told GN. “He’s accurate and he was leading the SEC in passing (before getting hurt). I think people are trying to hope that he’s a 6-foot-3 guy that can run around, like what they’ve had in the past.
