We’re about 2 1⁄2 weeks away from the NBA Draft Withdrawal Date of May 30 and over the weekend, we learned some surprising news about one Auburn player who might return to school next year. In a recent interview with New York Times Adam Zagoria, Mustapha Heron said that he is “50-50” on returning to Auburn for his junior season. This comes after he tweeted back on April 4th that he would be leaving Auburn and entering his name into the NBA Draft while also intending to hire an agent.
Fast forward a month and Heron still hasn’t signed with an agent, which means he still has his collegiate eligibility and can return to school if he chooses to do so.
