CHARLESTON, S.C. – No. 6 Auburn men’s golf is currently seventh at the Hootie at Bulls Bay, carding a 1-under 287 Sunday at the par 72, 7,222-yard Bulls Bay Course.
All-America senior Ben Schlottman leads the team at 2-under 70. The Advance, N.C. product rolled in a trio of birdies and bogeyed just once in Sunday’s round. Sophomore Ryan Knop is t-21st at even-par 72. He tallied five birdies in the round on Nos. 9, 11, 15, 16 and 17.
Freshman Brandon Mancheno and junior Trace Crowe are part of an 11-way tie for 37th at 1-over 73 and sophomore Jovan Rebula is two shots back in a tie for 51st at 3-over 75.
