AUBURN, Ala. – Champions were crowned Sunday in the final day of play of the SEC men’s tennis fall tournament at the Yarbrough Tennis Center in Auburn.
The A draw singles champion was Florida’s Elliott Orkin, who defeated Rishab Agarwal of Mississippi State 6-0, 7-5. The B singles champion was Andrew Schaefer of South Carolina, a 6-3, 6-4 winner over Vanderbilt’s Kris Yee.
The A doubles champion was the tandem of Jack Schipanski and Luis Valero of Tennessee, who defeated their teammates Igor Smelyanski and Preton Touliatos in the finals 8-6. The B doubles final went to Danny Valent and Cameron Klinger of Vanderbilt, 8-5 winners over Joshua Wardell and McClain Kessler of Florida.
