GULF SHORES, Ala. – The ASU Fall Beach Classic where the No. 1 Auburn men’s golf B-team was set to play in the second round was cancelled on Monday due to inclement weather. The tournament will resume play Tuesday with a shotgun start at 9:00 am CT and will be shortened to 36 holes.
After Sunday’s first round, Auburn leads at 2-over 290 and four Tigers are in the top-12 led by freshman Graysen Huff, who is tied for second at 1-under 71. All-SEC Matt Gilchrest is tied for fifth with an even-par 72, freshman Mark Lawrence is tied for seventh at 1-over 73 and All-American sophomore Ben Schlottman is tied for 12th with a 74.
