AUBURN, Ala. u2015 Coach Bruce Pearl says Auburn basketball's second opponent will be a lot like its first opponent: A quality team with NCAA Tournament aspirations.
That's what Pearl is expecting when Colorado visits Auburn in a 2 p.m. Tuesday game which is part of the ESPN College Hoops Tip-Off Marathon.
Auburn beat UAB, an NCAA participant last season, 75-74 in its season-opener Friday night. Now comes Colorado, which beat Auburn 90-59 last season in Boulder.
No wonder Pearl says he's hearing this from the national media over his scheduling:
