For as long as anyone can remember, A-Day has been the Spring event on Auburn’s campus. This year will be different. Kenny Chesney and Miranda Lambert plan to fill up Jordan-Hare Stadium Saturday night in the venue’s first ever big-time concert.
While the number of tickets sold has not been disclosed, fans are expected to exceed the 45,000 that came for A-Day. This is nothing new for Chesney, who plays almost exclusively in football stadiums across America each summer.
Joined by Lambert, Sam Hunt and Old Dominion the show will kick off Chesney’s summer tour and he plans to put to good use the country’s largest scoreboard.
