The former Central quarterback has been through a lot since first arriving on the Plains — from starting four games at quarterback as a true freshman, to taking a back seat to Nick Marshall and Jeremy Johnson the last two years and, most recently, making a full-time move to wide receiver as he heads into his senior season. He has experienced the highs of an SEC championship and a trip to the national title game in 2013, and the lows of a 3-9 campaign in 2012.
It has been a rollercoaster ride, for certain, for the Phenix City native.
