It’s LSU Week on The Plains!

Over the years the series has been an intense one, often with a championship on the line for at least one of the participants.

Many of those games are remembered by special names like the one point ’88 “earthquake game” in Baton Rouge that knocked Auburn out of playing for the national championship and the “Extra Point game” in 2004 when LSU missed an early PAT and Auburn’s John Vaughn made his lone PAT to give Auburn a 10-9 lead with 1:14 to go in the fourth quarter. The win propelled the Tigers to a 13-0 finish and an eventual SEC Championship.
