Not only did Auburn take the highly unusual step of allowing full contact on its quarterbacks in a scrimmage last weekend, Malzahn again opened just Franklin up to contact in a hybrid practice/scrimmage this past Saturday.
Auburn hasn’t allowed hits on the quarterback for the past two years.
